iPhone Pricing Finally Hits Australia

We have been waiting a long time for this in the technological backwater we call home and have been denied the technology we so crave for so long. Well not anymore. Optus released pricing on their ‘yes’ plans today for both contract and pre-paid iPhones. Vodafone, the other iPhone supplier in Australia, are still yet to come to the party on pricing. Optus looks promising, just hope work has the foresight to use these as the standard platform for all phones now that it is 3G and has Exchange Push Mail integrated as well. You can pre-register with Optus and/or Vodafone as it is not just restricted to their customers. Would be nice to have a 16GB iPhone waiting for me on my return from Hong Kong…
